Kind & friendly receptionists and bellboys. Rooms with a lot of facilities ie. An iron with its stand, toothbrush sets, a sponge for polishing your leather shoes, a bathrobe, Nespresso coffees, a big shopping bag and other stuffs most hotels provide. Moreover, this hotel is near HKCEC and MTR Wan Chai station. And there is a 7-11 minimart beside. So, it's easy for you to find foods whenever you feel hungry.

We are health club members and we love the gym facilities. There is a sauna room and the pool is good enough if you wanna take swimming seriously

Reasonable price for the location next to amenities, public transportation like the subway, taxis - during the time i stayed. Was staying in this hotel for 10 nights, it was in 2008/2009 before the P.R China hosted the Olympics, an unforgettable Hong Kong, the temperature were 15-17 degrees during dusk.
