Good food but the lasagna Pizza was pretty good except for the fact that the sausages that they use were way too spicy for me. VERY hot and personally do not like spicy food. The morning coffee was excellent. Nice place and all the waiters, waitresses and hostes were so nice.

First time at Blue plate for breakfast! I ordered the French toast and it was bit of a let down.. the syrup is has a funny texture to it. It was a decent size and it looked very good but the taste did not add up. I wouldn't order the French toast again but they do have pretty good omelette.

Managers do not know how to run a restaurant. HORRIBLE customer service. Food is below average. I can' t believe i keep coming back!
I am talking about this over a 5 year period. It never changes. Denny's is a five star restaurant compared to this!

Keeping it brief: My family and I traveled for 30 minutes to celebrate my mother's birthday at Blue Plate @Hard Rock. (Strike 1) When we arrived (with cake in-hand*), we were told we could not sit at a booth because, as the hostess put it, "That area's closed;" however, immediately after we were seated in a less-private area, the same hostess began seating other guests (non-brown skinned guests) in the same area she'd told me was "closed." (Strike 2*) After 30 minutes, we were notified that we would be charged $5 a person if we attempted to cut the birthday cake we brought with us. When I asked the manager-on-duty about that, she told me the policy's been in place since she began and "well it's the Hard Rock."
My family and I have dined at this restaurant many times over the years, and we have never felt so reduced and unimportant as guests. My suggestion is this: Go to Blue Plate for a quick in-and-out meal (though the menu is extremely limited now), but DO NOT go to dine with family. The atmosphere does NOT encourage family get-togethers, even if you're staying at the Hard Rock. You will be disappointed. Try the Hard Rock Cafe next door instead. At least there, they don't charge you to cut a dam* cake you brought in yourself.

Cannot explain with 5 stars, undescribable, heavenly:& abundance but you must see & experience to believe!😁. BEST I'VE BEEN T IN YEARS AND NEVER AT THEIR PRICE!
GAMBLING GOOD BUT DO NOT TAKE OUT BBQ, AT THIS TIME!

My boyfriend & I enjoyed the service that we received last week from Anthony. He's a great helpful server. My boyfriend was pleased with his spaghetti & meatballs order. We loved the bread & our chicken tender appetizer. My ribs were a little bit dry, tough & didn't have any sauce over it but overall the food was good.
