We spent 2 pre tour nights there. Our room had great balcony views. Hospitality, variety of good, beverages were great they even had a Starbucks coffee cafe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there

I visited with a friend who had visited many times. The staff were quick & attentive. The food was delicious. The cheeses were imported & out of this world. I would definitely return here. It's expensive by Egyptian standards.

Nice comfortable room next to the Nile and state of the art open 24 hours gymnasium for travellers. The check-in counter lady - Marina was very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The check out - don't remember - the guy's name was typical, and thus unfriendly. The hotel is well located and the currency exchange counter is available at the hotel. However do be mindful of the concierge as they do try to be "funny" with foreigners.

The hotel Is magnificent, composed of two towers, north and south, it's interior has Been recently renew. It has two Restorants, one casino and a lounge bar that looks very nice. That's all I could see the one night I stopped there, I'll be coming back in a few days to discover what else it has to offer. The room was a standard one, despite that it was very nice and clean. All amenities included. Highly recommend.

The stay was amazing. It was extremely comfortable despite when I arrived their it was during Ramadan. Food was great and such and their service was extremely pleasant. The family did not have any difficulties during our stay at their and if anything, they were extremely helpful with any of the problems we had. I would recommend the location if you ever decide to visit Egypt.

مكان جميل ومريح وكافة المرافق والفرف نظيفة كما ان بوفية الافطار الصباحي متعدد الاصناف يجعلك تختار ما يناسبك دون أن تحتار وأذكر هنا السيد احمد علي على الخدمة الجميلة والروح المرحة التي يضيفها في الصباح كما أن العاملين في الفندق مستوى رائع ومشرف.

Ideal location in the heart of Cairo. Great staff in the restaurants (Ahmed Aly in Rawi restaurant is awesome: always smiling and at your service). Same thing for all the staff in Mawardia restaurant especially the restaurant manager. The room is spacious and functional. Would highly recommend if you want to visit Cairo.
