The hotel is in the middle of a remodel which limited the amenities available. The friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. I'm looking forward to returning once the remodel is complete. It looks like it's going to be really nice.

Found a good deal online. When we arrived they upgraded our room. The customer service was great and the room was absolutely amazing!! The view of the river is stunning! The bed and comforter were so comfy it made it that much harder to wake up. The spa tub is to dream for!

Starts out comfy and cozy, but music is to wild and loud. And where told they couldn't lower volume

I recently attended a beer festival at Bundox Bocce. The facility is really neat! In addition to bocce, there are a couple shuffleboard tables. The whole area is really open and modern. I would like to come back sometime and learn to play!

They should have let me no upon booking that I was paying top prices for a hotel under renovations,I'm sure it will be beautiful when done. But paying over $100 a night being woke up by hammers at 815am every morning isn't cool, not sure what else to say. The drivers and bartenders were really nice knowledgeable and professional. Management well I reckon some of us must suffer to pay for said renovations.

Now called Renaissance, enjoy a couple of drinks overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and even put on a bit if a show in the bar area. The remodel looks great and I'll have to check out the restaurant next time.

Nice hotel, once the the construction is finished it will be top rated!
We had to fix our own coffee maker, they tried with no success, but they were very professional. We had to request a second bath robe. We would stay there again for sure. The room decor was very nice, love the seating area! We had a great view of the Truckee River. The window even opens a little bit so that you can hear the roar of the river.

First of all, this is no longer the Siena. It is now the Mariott Renaissance. In short, I wasn't impressed - especially consisering the price. No continental breakfast and $10/day WiFi - seriously?! The lobby music is loud and repetitive. The rooms are alright, although my windows didn't fully close. The gym is pretty good, and the staff is generally friendly. But if I come back to Reno, I'll be staying somewhere else.
