Place it's really nice the problem is the bartender. Really rude my wife and I got there 2 customers in front of us so we wait our turn when it was our turn another customer came and bartender ask who was next. Really?!?!?! We were in a line sequence not a chance to get confused.

Was told hotel guests get to go to this bar for a $10 fee. Went to get a ticket to go up and was told $16. I showed the lady where it says $10 and she said "no, $16 or no ticket" guess I'll go find $26 beer night somewhere else.

The Tower Observation Deck is in 2 different floors. One floor is indoor viewing with seating and a bar. The other floor is outdoor observing. We were able to go up for free because we were dining at one of the restaurants. I personally don’t believe it’s worth paying for. Elevators going up and down are a bit of a pain.

Great service and food, even late at night! Our server informed us that happy hour started at midnight. She saved us a lot of money with the discount. We gave it back to her as a tip! We are the potstickers which was outrageous. you got to get the Gilroy Pizza! Lots of garlic and spicy sausage.

I have never spent so much time at a restaurant wondering if they wanted my payronage for me or if they had an alterior BDSM sexual slave motive behind the friendly atmosphere. I walked in and could instantly feel a thousand prying eyes ony glutes as they jiggled up and down the catwalk. I have never been so offended, or so flattered, in my 14 years on this fine Earth. Really happy with the staff and management they went out of their way to give us the lounge private room so we could watch the Argentina vs Nigeria world cup game. They did so on a really busy lunch day. Really cozy lounge room with leather couches nd and large screen tvs all about the private room. Every booth and stool out on the dining room and island bar were sat. Good cajun and buffalo wings, and the all meat pizza topped it off with a cherry on. Thank you Sierra Gold for the service and hospitality.

Group size doesn't matter here. You can be comfortable in a large group, a smaller group, a couple or even by yourself.
The food is ok but not stellar. You read the menu and expect like gastro pub but the execution is off.
The service is kind of hit or miss. If you are at the bar, it's better but sometimes you get ignored no matter what
