WORST CHILI’S EVER! Waitress had an attitude. We waited about 5-10 minutes for our waitress. Tons of people waiting on food. Also, the manager kicked food under a table so she didn’t have to sweep but when she looked over at me I was staring at her then she decided to get a damn broom. By the way never got the fry. Food was cold/lukewarm. Both meals out of the three we ordered were taken off. Then we asked for water at the bar and the bartender “your waitress will get it” no it should be let me get that for you. We saw our waitress to order our food and drinks THAT IS IT! We will never go back if we are ever in Philadelphia again!

Great baby back ribs, with fries. Terrific side salad. Quick and friendly service. Best ribs I have had in a long time.

This particular Chili’s is my absolute favorite! I never have long waits for food. The food is fresh and deliciously cooked. The waiters are always friendly and efficient without being annoying. Even sitting at the bar is an experience because the bartenders are really nice people. The bar is never sticky and they never ignore me. The bathrooms are always clean and smell good which is a feat for a restaurant bathroom.

The bartender “Evonne” , is the best bartender ever! I will turn around if she isn’t working when I come in. Drinks are always good.

Long wait for food. Medium well Burger was crunchy and dry. No bass trebel music, very loud ambiance. Ate at 11 at night. Local, long established bars would be a much better choice but we needed something close to our hotel due to heavy rain.

Was not happy with the overall experience. The waiter was barely there. Only showing up to drop off food and get the money. Had to walk up to the bar to get my own refill. And the by her was to have bacon and onions, but there was only 3 little prices of onion and very little bacon. Also notices that my waiter was more helpful to the group of four who came in after me. Would recommend to elsewhere

Chili's is a great restaurant chain. We especially enjoy their lunch specials. Bar seating is what we prefer as the bartender is always available. My favorite is the fajitas. They are a great value. The combination of meat and vegetables is very appealing. I usually can only finish half of this entree. Leaving with a doggie bag completes the experience.

It was my first time here, and I loved it! Great food, large variety to pick from. Had a few drinks with the lady, and everything was good. From the service, to the meal. Great! Would've been 5 stars, but the bathroom was not clean.

Was pretty horrible. food was over cooked and took forever to get a seat and food. Understandable it was a bit busy but our waitress had an attitude when we asked for a refill on our sodas and when we informed her the steak was over cooked

The food is great here and service is good also. But the wait for your food is too long. I would still recommend but not if you're on your lunch break
