Pool Grill

Dont do it.. this is NOT traditional hotel, secondly they arw under construction and all you here is drilling and banging all day long, you cant even relax at the pool without listening to this All Day Long. When I called and booked they never said anything about renovations or construction... the elevator waits will take up half you day so if you enjoy standing around this place is for you.. i will never patronize this place.. call a hotel and save yourself, time money and hassel.. oh an and check out is 10am.. yes most hotels are 11am. Its a joke... never again..

1. Was told only a week before our stay that there was going to be construction during our stay. We booked a suite for a week months in advance. Had we known that we would be bombarded with 9 hours of LOUD construction each day, we would have booked a different hotel. They refused to put us on a different floor or give us any accommodations. 2. The bar outside by the pool was being run by a single person. There was always a long line that took and average of 20 minutes to get your drinks. Again... ONE person was running the entire bar. 3. Only 4 elevators for the entire hotel. You would sometimes wait 10 minutes or more for an elevator that was often times packed. We attempted to use the stairs as often as we could due to these long waits... but the stairs close after 8pm. I will surely be staying somewhere else next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale.

This resort is amazing. All of the staff is super friendly. The hotel is very clean with a great view. The outdoor patio area is very nice and there are always a lot of things to do at the resort. The hotel is connected to a plaza with multiple restaurants and shops. They offer luggage storage which is convenient if you are arriving early or leaving late. It is in a great location and is fairly priced. I would definitely recommend staying here whenever you go to Fort Lauderdale.

The rooms are very nice and modern. Activities leave a lot to be desired and the elevator system is terrible. Additionally, you are forced to pay for parking which I find tacky at such a nice resort.

An excellent place, family friendly, a lots of activities for guests, visitors allowed, we spent a whole week here and we are looking forward to come again!! The location is perfect, let me advise you, Alcohol NOT allowed and the beach, and the umbrellas rental are super expensive ($50) per day, so bring yours or buy one there, the hotel provides you with beach chairs, also with pool towels, the beach is nice not crowded. Parking at the Hotel is challenging but it’s super safe.

The Restaurant

Great spot for food or happy hour on the water. It sits right on a marina with very good food - specializing in seafood. I would suggest it is slightly more expensive than the two $$ on Google. It's more like a $$$. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

The Restaurant

Great for Sunday brunch. Come early to avoid a wait. They have mini donuts as a snack if you do end up waiting. The menu has many creative options and there are always a lot of good specials to choose from. We had a surf and turf burger which was amazing. The kitchen was very fast. Our server - Fallis - was very good, attentive, prompt, but not over-bearing. They are dog friendly on the patio with a cute little card that explains the rules, which are very appropriate, like don't feed your dog with our plates and don't put them on the chairs or table. Great spot for brunch. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

The Restaurant

Coconuts has a great vibe and lots of fresh air. We sat outside in the back an enjoyed the open view of the water while watching boats go by. The shrimp cocktail was ok but not great. The comfort bowl was not the type of food I normally enjoy but others may like it. For me it was just too cheesy and a bit bland. The rest of our food was awesome! Loved the fish of the day. It was very fresh and they did a great job grilling it.

The Restaurant

Our server, Paige, was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the food options and places to check out in the surrounding areas. My friends loved everything they ordered! My complaint-I do not like seafood so I was so excited to try my Comfort Bowl (Mac and Cheese). Nowhere in the description does it say that there are practically raw onions in the cheese sauce and fried shallots on top. Also, I did not find any chicken in it, but they said it was shredded and in the dish. For a place that takes the time to print the location of the oysters offered and tell you what their half-chicken is marinated in, I don't think it's crazy for them to tell you there were two types of onions in the dish. I ended up not eating anything, but the beer I had was delicious! MIA Mega Mix - an American Pale Ale from a Florida brewery. Delicious. :)

The Restaurant

Cool place. Nice view to the marina with some impressive yachts docked near by. The food is nice - lots of sea food and many daily specials ranging from fresh and zesty octopus salad to heavier fare like cream cakes and other deep-fried things. Seems their coconut shrimp is one of the popular dishes and for a good reason - a good portion of deep fried shrimp in coconut butter is slightly sweet and juicy. The service is friendly and quick. A nice place for an afternoon drink and a quick bite.
