Great service, and the terrace is a nice place for people watching. Prices are Vegas like, so a $9 skinny sandwich should not shock you. The upside - they’ll warm it up for you with a smile. And did I say the coffee is good?

Worst customer service first I was standing waiting to make my order the girl at cashwrap was talking to another one.. then they just drop my sandwich in front of me without even saying my name or name of the order.. then the 2 employees continued chitchatting between them.. I asked for one one of them for water they look at me and ignored me. Then I ask again to the one serving Drinks and she gave me a cup of water.

Who charges for a glass of water! And if you do, why make your customers wait like they have ordered a white chocolate mocha. Extremely poor customer experience.

Music inside is way too loud. Working outside is much worse (street noise). Why make noise inside when it's the only quiet place to work?
Otherwise, it's very convenient if you're staying at Wynn/Encore.

This location is inside Fashion Mall, right in the center. It's small, just enough room for a line of people to snake through to place an order. The baristas are very efficient and I've never had to wait too long.

Be ready to spend if you're coming here! Can have a great experience if you truly value drinking coffee, since it's expensive. The pastries are great and really can't care too much about spending. Really take your time and enjoy its value's worth. This is Starbucks! I get free water here at all times. I hate the pricing but customer service is excellent and it is all pretty yummy.
