Amazing restaurant. Honestly, try it if you're in the area, even if you aren't into poker (you don't need to play to eat there). It's well decorated with good food.

Having worked in 2 poker establishments on the reserve, I need to throw my hat in the commentary Ring. I have read numerous reviews on Poker Palace wether on FB Google or elsewhere that were not only unfair but borderline malicious. I fail to comprehend what it is that brings a customer or player to a level of rage to after having visited a place, go on social media and rip it to shreds. What was it? The parking? The valet service? An over cooked burger? Service not up to speed? Dealer mistake? Table ruling? Perhaps all valid reasons to ask to speak to a manager for an explanation or to help remedy your complaint on the spot. Having done that you may have even walked out with an agreeable experience. I have made many friends in both Playground Poker and Poker Palace and I can say from experience that they both employ qualified staff that do their best in providing excellent service. One with a 5 and a half year head start on perfecting it. In 6 YEARS of business Playground Poker has grown to the biggest poker clubs in the world. Hosting WPT events, great cash games, solid tournaments and excellent service. Needless to say, what they have achieved is commendable. Many happy faces have exited their doors. In 6 MONTHS of business Poker Palace has endured its fair share of growing pains (as any brand new business would) accumulating loyal clientele and happy faces exiting their doors. Great tournaments with guarantees always met have taken place, Mercedes giveaways, cash giveaways, high hand promotions, “Mirela’s”, a beautiful restaurant that prides itself on creating exceptional food and that has made a name for itself in a short period of time. Day by day people are giving 110% on improving service and providing a Cool family atmosphere to its customers. There is absolutely nothing wrong in displaying your colours and being loyal to either place or maybe even support and frequent both. Opinions by the poker community for improvement are always welcomed. What I’m attempting to say is that everyone should have the right to voice his or her opinion when you are a paying customer yet I genuinely disagree with people that think they are entitled to be vindictive towards any business simply because they have a Google or Facebook account. In short to all the Marc Champagnes in the world, when you think you just experienced the worst day of your life.... Take a deep breath.

Very nice and slick poker place. Less popular than Playground, but has the advantage of offering nice tournament overlays and tournaments that don't last til 4am!

I went there for the first time with 2 of my buddies and this was the last. For all of these reasons : - Coming from the 132 , There are no indications on which side we should park, when we arrived we tried on the poker room's side, a valet told us not to park there and to go on the other side of the street. We try to go through a mob of people in front of the entrance and finally make a U turn to go park in the dirt. We had to wait 5 minutes for a shuttle + another 2 minutes for him to notice us, because he was maybe busy looking at his phone. We enter the shuttle and the driver doesn't even greet us nor say Hi. - We finally arrive inside, at least decoration are on point, prolly the only positive thing there. - The cashiers are can't even speak a word in french, so we were pretty much forced to ask questions in English if we hope to get a reply. - All 3 of us registered for the tournament, when we sat down the placement of TVs we're awkward some of us we're struggling to see the tournament's information - We ordered food and it took forever to come, of course the Waitresses spoke no French and we're rude also. Food tasted horrible and was cold when served. You can almost tell the barmaids, the waitresses and the staff (Dealers, Managers, Security) are fraternizing ! I've been playing poker for more than a decade and I've never seen such an Unprofessional Poker Room. - Dealers over there are inexperienced dealers or old dealers from Playground who obviously got fired, you can tell by their lack of knowledge and experience. If it takes you more than 5 minutes to make a side pot, you shouldn't be dealing at all. - Their managers have no idea what to do in particular situations and are also inexperienced in regards of poker ruling. To resume : This place was obviously not ready and needs to close at least 1 month to reorganize itself from A to Z or Simply BE SHUT DOWN !

Went to a table to play a game. I was willing to tip the waitress 10$ yet none of them bothered coming to the table asking if I even wanted a drink. Never coming back here again. Garbage staff. Deserves to be shut down. Once I lost my all in, they told me I can pay for the food full price if I wanted something. And it's at this moment that the waitress bothered to serve me. Disgusted by this place. Friendly advice go to the casino of montreal it's much better.

Fantastic night at the Poker Palace. The establishment broadcasted the Mayweather vs McGregor fight. Great ambiance and food. They offer 'free ' oysters on Saturdays and it gets better but you'll have to check this PALACE out for yourself ! It was awesome! Thanks Talicia for the wonderful service , you were a blast!

I've been to many casinos and many gambling halls however Poker Palace does it differently. You feel like you are a VIP when you're playing there. The decor is STUNNING feels like you're in a classy restaurant. Lighting in the establishment isn't super bright to cause headaches. And most of all the players have a voice. Multiple times I've had the owner come to our table to ask opinion on promotions and what they should do going forward. TLDR: This is the place to play. The players have a voice and everything is run with customer service in mind!
