As a local this is one of my favorite casino in the Valley. It’s small enough where there never seems to be too crowded but also has a really inviting atmosphere. You get a lot of tourists and the the staff there makes everyone feel welcomed. It’s surrounded by some great restaurants and businesses in downtown Palm Springs. Try Sherman’s deli.... it’s right down the street.

A decent casino with a great location downtown Palm Springs. The staff are friendly, except for the security; they can be petty and unreasonable. There is a diverse crowd, more older than younger, and there is a large gay following. You likely will lose your money, but usually it's fun and does pay out episodically. They have a nice players reward program, ask for comps, meal vouchers, free play etc. Beware there are many criminal types, hookers, thieves, beggars, cracked out druggies and other lost souls in and around the casino. Be aware, park in the structure, it's safer.

We really enjoy the casino, it's a tiny piece of Vegas locally based. They have great machines and tables, they have live music by a DJ after 7p.m. I believe, he takes requests! Since they updated it the bar area is much bigger and nicer. The staff is usually friendly and fun too. Even if it's busy it doesn't typically feel too crowded. It has a few little food spots inside and a night club. We love just going to have a drink and interact with the other guests. Definitely a good spot to check out after walking the Palm Springs strip!

I have been going there for at least 15 years. I love it. It is by far my favorite casino. They are finally adding a hotel and can't wait to book a room. The buffet is out of this world and the staff is bar none THE BEST!!!!💞💝👏👏

Unfriendly place. My son and I got accosted by security yesterday for sitting in the lounge area. My wife, my son and I ate at their buffet. My wife is a Red Card member, the highest rewards they have for playing there. She played the slots after we ate and since my son and I aren't big gamblers, rather than insist that we all leave, we sat in the lounge for a bit to let her have fun. To make a long story short, security came in and told us we couldn't sit there. We had to be gambling or was is considered loitering. So we got my wife and left. We won't be back. We've visited many of the local casinos and I often times I let her gamble while I wait in their lounge. Never been accosted before, until now. We will spend our money elsewhere.

I love there Corner Deli!! can be pricey but it is Great food.

They only serve cold sandwiches as they prep for there All day Breakfast!!
The omelet is always good. Although several times I have had to complain, due to extremely high salt content in the food.... Otherwise the food is always spot on and just delicious. The whole menu! Don't forget to try

Nice. My Brother has a time share at the Hotel. In Palm Springs
Right next door Sherman's Restaurant, an two blocks away from the Hotel is the Casino, either direction you go there's a lot to do, two blocks Down Town Palm Springs
It's a week day not much happening.
Restaurants not too busy same as the Casino.
It Started in Ontario where we had a Meeting with the Fish and Game, to talk about fish.
How the Population of Zebra fish an other fish are Doing.
Of course it has a lot to do with the Weather, we need more rain are pool's are dying up.

Next. Palm Springs, the new Law is to have a new Driver License Card.
That's Y we are here to get my brother a New Driver License, with his Busy life he forgot to Renew his Card.
I think it's a lot of money going to the State, since California is Broke.
Are Old Driver Licence are fine.

Felt like low payout levels. Was surprised there was cocktail service, more surprised when they wanted full price for watered-down drinks that would be free at any normal Casino.

I like this place because theirs not as many young people as is Vegas. People are very chill. The place is kept very clean. I play mostly machines. Buffet is good but the price for the Buffet on mother's day was 35 dollars. Usually not that high.

This casino is completely remodeled. We were at this casino July 2017. At that time the casino was undergoing a remodel. The parking structure is brand new. When entering the parking structure there is an electronic signature that informs you how many parking spaces are available on each level. The parking is very well lighted. Better than any parking structure s that I have recently used, casino or otherwise. The casino is easily accessible from the parking structure. The casino is very clean and the floor is well organized. This is a casino not necessarily aimed at tourist's such as the themed casinos in Las Vegas. If you are visiting the Palm Springs are and gamble either moderately or a High Roller it is worth a visit. This casino is affiliated with the Aqua Caliante, therefore if you use Rewards Cards, the card is good at both casinos. Did not eat at the casino therefore I have no comment on dining at this casino.
