So far so good
My stay at sportsman's has been fine. Nothing really to complain about. Rates are decent. Rooms are nice. People are pretty cool. Staff seems alright. Security is always around and never slacking. It's not the perfect situation but this place is better than the other suites I"ve been at by far.

I was never had a problem with them. Until I was served a 7 day notice. The reason behind it was that I had someone in my unit that live there at the time and got kick it and I had no idea this person got kicked out and she wasn't supposed to be on the property no one told me anything. They didn't even come talk to me they just told me I had 7 days to get out. How was I supposed to know that this person wasn't supposed to be on the property. They don't have anything stating who should not be in the apts. I lost my home because of them because they couldn't even come talk to me. I paid my rent on time or always early. Now I'm homeless and have no where to go. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. They just want money and the staff is so rude.

Erin and the owner run this place with the very best intentions for everybody. The employees of the company are very nice and professional. Sometimes I look back and wonder if I should have stayed.

Horrible place! A/c blew out at night and I have a 1 year old. No other room offered! Absolutely disgusting old scorpion roach filled apartments. Furnished? Yea Right the dresser is a bar for the t.v all in one. Your one bed is not a full bed. Just keep going people. Its not worth it.

Husband and I love it here. Air is good and cold. Furniture is nice. Front desk nice people we've been here for 4months. Plan to stay

Staying here currently (purely out of necessity), have stayed in 3 separate rooms, in 3 completely separate bulidings, all of which were INFESTED by cockroaches and scorpions. The front desk staff are awful even to good, quiet tenants who simply try to understand things. They are scandalous in every way and their "officers" are just rent a cops who walk around blatantly breaking the law.. don't stay here ESPECIALLY if you are desperate. I see moms with their kids and all their belongings out on the street a mere few days after showing up..

Had gotten out of hospital with a mini stroke. My nephew said I could stay with him at Sportsman Royal Manor. One day, security showed up at door, said I wasn't registered with office, that I was trespassing. I did not know that guests had to be registered. They took my picture and escorted me off the property to the curb. 70 years old and treated like a criminal. Security was very rude. I asked if I could register, they told me , "NO".

I liked the prices and some of the staff were very nice. The rooms were a little old but had couches and chairs and tables. The front pool wasn't working when I was there for a few months but it was winter time so I guess no one would be swimming anyways. My only complaint was there was a odor coming from the closet and it took them a few days to come take care of it. They were able to take care of it and I had no problems after that.

The price and service are the only reasons I would even entertain rating this place 5 stars. After a long talk with the manager about my room smelling like smoke she had me moved to another room. She was very nice about it which I was surprised about.
