I love to come here once a year with my father in law. It's a fun trip and I even won a little last time. They were so kind when I lost an item. I was contacted and it was returned. I just wish there was an area to escape the smoking, it's not unbearable, but I have asthma which makes it uncomfortable for me at times. It's still a ton of fun.

Had a good time, the 3D slots are very cool, had a lot of bonus rounds and free spins also. Although this casino is much smaller than the casinos I'm used to paying in back home (ie: Mystic Lake, etc) they definitely were up to date with the latest more popular games. Unfortunately we didn't leave winners this time, but really enjoyed the time spent there anyways. I guess all that can be said is watch out next time we are in the area Turtle!!! We will be back sooner or later, and we'll be seeking our revenge for sure!!!!

We stayed at the Turtle Lake Casino Hotel on June 29th. It was a very hot day and our AC was having a hard time keeping the room cool. We asked for a new room and Mark at the front desk was WONDERFUL! He got us into a new room with a better AC on a Friday night which is normally a very busy time for them. Loved the hotel and all its staff and amenities. Highly Recommended!

Come all the time. The buffet could really use a new chef. Not many options considering it's a casino and all. And on top of it dishes are not prepared well. Cuts the selection down even more. But love the staff always. My family and I go at least once a month. Oh and brunch or breakfast is the much better time to go in my opinion very tasty. But hey it's bacon bacon Bacon

You call this a casino. LOL we won money within 15 minutes of being there.It was a stop on our way to a bed and Breakfast. Not what I'm used to in regards to casinos. Low end valet staff promise to leave my brand new S8 parked right where it was came back 25 minutes later and it was gone. Tipped him well to leave it there. The Buffet is tiny but the food is cooked well and the staff is very attentive. It is priced just right and kids under 5 are free. The only thing I wish was that it was closer to the entrance as you do have to walk through a very smoky casino to get there but otherwise I would definately eat there again.

Won't hire me but the place looked great. And I am sure I could have been entertained with service. Great company and awesome staff hotel included.

I like coming for dinner on Sundays but they changed the dinner formats. Other times the buffet is good. great BJ games, casino can use a face lift inside but. still a fun place

Ah, it's a casino. Decent decor. Food quality has went down a bit over the years. Sit down restaurant had recently downsized its menu. I guess they are keeping what does the best for them. Removed eggs benedict and Ruben sandwich from menu. I believe those were 2 of the tastier items. Buffet is volatile, I image partly because it I'd hard to maintain heat and quality. Frequently food is too cool.

I was there trying to get a place to stay during a snowstorm where there was like 10 inches of snow on the ground already and I had parked pretty far away. The attendant on duty would not allow me to book a room due to me not knowing my license plate number. The beds are also curved so it feels like your continuously falling out of them. This is after their remodel. Apparently they couldn't get new beds for their new rooms.
