Very old facilities and limited food and drink services. They ran out of alcohol and the buffet runs out of food near closing time. Very disappointed in facilities and quality of food. I would not come back.
They have very limited food and close restaurants early . We had an 8 hour power outage. The beach is rocky and dirty. They need to invest some of their profit in the facilities!
I don't recommend the place and would never come here again!
I only gave one star because no star wasn't an option.

It stared off very rough, because there were hundreds of kids here. The manager was so kind and made it right with us. He totally took care of us. The staff across the board has been very accommodating. They always have smiles. The food is buffet style and is quite good. We all used the Spa. Awesome!!! Refreshments at the bar/lounge area is absolutely breathtaking . The bartender all take care of you. The rooms are simple and cleen. We had a lovely time. We would come again. The only thing I would say that could use some improvement: the rooms could use some freshening up. Maybe some more prints on the walls. The landscaping needs a little maintenance. It was a wonder experience . Thank you for everything . You facilities are lovely.

Our friends and us were 3 couples in this Very relaxing resort. The drawback was the frequency of the power cut... once it was for 24 hours. Food could have more varied. Outside the hotel is very nice and inviting.

Spectacular views, really good entertainment, lovely choice of pools but not a place I would return to as reception staff are uncooperative and the buffet dining experience every evening reminded me of a Russian boot camp and if you want the beach, a short shuttle bus journey takes you there. The spa service was poor as treatments were always fully booked.

Service was one of the worst I have seen at a hotel. It is very run down and the customer service was deplorable. Dinner was terrible. Very low quality food and disgusting wine. I even found a hair in my morning scrambled eggs. Everything was dirty. I am dumbfounded how this resort is even called a resort and able to stay open. I strongly not recommend to stay at Città del Mare.

Run down tiny rooms, even smaller TV. Only one socket in the whole room. Very limited breakfast with bad coffee. Nice view from the rooms but that's it.
