If you are in East Boston you need to check out Downeast! Everyone is so nice, the cider is incredible, and the vibe is always nice and relaxing. If you are new to the cider, be sure to book a tour online. I promise you will love it.

Staff welcomed my family and me even though we showed up on an evening they were not doing tours, and about to close up shop within the hour.
They patiently let us sample the numerous drinks on tap, answering dozens of our questions along the way.

I love Downeast. Been drinking it for the last 3-4 years, and their cider is always fantastic. It was so much fun to visit the taproom and try a few pours that are only served there, as well as take home a few growlers. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone approaching the bar gets served. Can't wait to visit again!

Had an absolute blast checking this place out and Max was kind enough to give us a private tour. The customer service is above and beyond wonderful and the tasting room itself had a great, fun vibe. Well worth the drive, the people are fantastic, and the cider is incredible. We will definitely be back!

To those saying this place is hard to find - it's not. Look for the door that says "DOWN EAST CIDER HOUSE" and enter. It's not that hard if you use your noggin. Delicious unfiltered cider and wonderful prices, with free samples to boot. I'd highly recommend checking this place out, even if you're not a huge cider fan. I promise you will find something you like. I didn't know I liked cider as much as I do until I went either.

This is the best place!! Can I rate more than 5 stars? All the staff are the nicest people and you get a free tasting of the most delicious cider in the world! Fun atmosphere and a great time!
Their prices are so reasonable and you can take home growlers and cans and merch, I love it!

You get 4 drink tickets for free tasting pours. Can't beat that! It's in an art warehouse district I would definitely walk around and check out the outside pieces. Only complaint is they don't can the dark and stormy! It's so good. Book your tour in advance they seem to fill up quickly. Parking was very easy on a Sunday.
