I have only stayed in a suite so this review is not for the regular rooms. The suites are HUGE! Two full baths and a half bath! They also have a huge living room, dining room, and a kitchenette. Get a room with a view of the fountains. If you are in the suites there is a special check-in room and a limo picks you up at the airport. You also get front of the line passes to the buffet which can save you 45 minutes to an hour at prime times. Unfortunately, the quality of the buffet has gone down in recent years which is why I didn't give a 5 star review. Another reason I didn't give a 5 star review is you have to walk through the casino to get anywhere so you always smell like smoke. Other hotels in Vegas are doing a better job filtering out the smoke.

First visit, last visit. Never go there again. Have you ever heard the saying: If a drawing is pretty that does not make it a masterpiece or just because it has a label that that does not mean it is made with quality. In both cases that what you get at the Bellagio. A hotel that is pretty when you walk in, a hotel with a name plate. The quality and service stopped as soon as you checked in and gave them your credit card. Way over priced for the services. This hotel is not family or customer orientated. To me it appeared they only cared about profit and charged you for everything. There was not one water drinking fountain. I make good money and can afford it, but I do not throw my money away. I was going to stay longer, but checked out after the second day. You pay for the value and service you, however in this case I got neither. In other words, for half the price I could have stayed at another location on the stipe and got just as much. Example, a 5 or 6 dollar drink in Michigan (Bourbon and Coke) cost 23 dollars at the pool when you order through a waitress. Coffee was 4 plus dollars, and it tasted bad (Bitter no matter if it was decaf or regular). No coffee maker in our hotel room forcing you to go down stairs. Average breakfast price for one person 22 plus dollars, and it was nothing special. Oh, I tried to get my eggs over easy and they could not get it right, tried twice. No complimentary continental breakfast but rooms costed $600 plus a night. No complimentary anything. Even when we checked out they did not ask us anything, just please check your bill. There was no thank you for coming, they did not ask did your stay, how can we improve our services. Nothing, as if they did not care. There main pool was closed for the season so they crammed most of us around the other remaining pools. The staff at the pool gave us a hard time because we asked them to help us move out chairs to the area where it had sun. I walked through the casino four times during different times of the day and night, I heard no bells or yells of anyone winning anything at the slot machines. At least at the Casino's in Detroit I would hear someone scream because they won something. I do not smoke and it was difficult because there was no place where they did not allow smoking in the casino. Also as I passed a few bars in the casino, there were hardly anyone in them so they had these people stand outside and ask you if you wanted a few drink. Excuse me, but could they not have offered you complimentary drink at the front desk by giving you a card or such,,,, not have people stand in front of the bars like beggars at a street corner asking for your money by trying to get you to go inside with a free drink. How cheap. Bottom line, I have gotten better service and food at McDonalds or Motel 8. If you have a family this is not the place to go. Stay at the Hilton or another hotel in Old Las Vegas. If you must see the Bellagio because it was in a movie (Ocean 11), then drive there and walk thru it. After you walk thru it, you have seen all there is. If you are expecting service, this is not the hotel to go to. If you must stay there, then stop by a food store and get a few drinks and snacks and take them to you room during the day. Go across the street to the mail, you can get better service, food and drinks at a better price.

Place is great. Love people there that's why we came back and visit them twice a year! The ONLY thing that bothered us this trip was We encountered some DEALERS That has no personality. They are so RUDE AND MEAN to us Especially last Friday and Saturday night right next to Lily's Bar. There was named " PATRICK" I mean He deal like a Robot watch him and check out you'll know what I mean. I even heard him mentioned to the incoming dealer that His table never "TIP" oh wow that was not proper at all. We Tip even we are losing. We love FRANCIS, JOE, JAVIER, TONY, RECIL, MIMI, ZACH They have AWESOME personality that brings YOU more to play and EVEN come back to see them. definitely we will.. Hope Bellagio realized how greatful they are to have this group of a dealer and Floor supervisor that help the company succeed. not like PATRICK That destroys the image of WOW BELLAGIO! We are looking forward that the company will do something to improve their customer service for some employee that need to be trained.

Service is awful. I waited in line for 15 minutes to check in. When I finally got to the desk, I asked for a particular room location. The person checking me in looked me like like I insulted her. This property wants you to spend a fortune on rooms, food, and lose a bunch of money. All of this fun with poor service along the way. I will never go back!

Definitely one of the most gorgeous hotels on the strip. They have a water show which is completely incredible. There botanical garden inside the hotel changes as the seasons change and is really an amazing experience. A lot of games to play. Good sized.
