We were at a concert in the new tent venue. The tent was awful. The interior was so hot that over half of the crowd was standing outside listening. Tachi didn't have any interior fans overhead like most of those style of tents do. Instead they only had fans with misters on the edges that barely reached inside. Even Ann Wilson, the performer, was having difficulties with the heat despite having small fans available. It was 98° when the concert started without a breeze. Ann Wilson was awesome.

The Taxhi Palace has food, water, drinks and restaurants all located inside the casino. Soda and coffee are complimentary but the soda tastes like faucet water. There are a ton of table games and endless slot machines. You can smoke inside and there are smoke free sections as well. No windows anywhere to be found so bring a watch. Overall the place is clean and welcoming👍!

Super nice place to visit and to play bingo! Very comfortable accommodating facility for all. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I love the ability to be dropped off at the door. Very important for me. We had a fantastic time playing bingo and the slot machines after. Coffee, soda and water are on the house. 🙏🏻🌿🌺💌 we wished you were there with us mom💌

Amazing! Just had our wedding and reception at this location an everyone we had contact with was amazing!!! From Debbie in sales to Angie the receptionist were beyond helpful. Katheryn was our banquet go to and accommodated ever request we had. We could not have asked for a better staff and our bartender were so awesome and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies were also helpful. Wish there were more than five stars as this place made our wedding day one to remember. Thank you to everyone who made this day special.

My sisters, friends, and I booked a night in the executive suite which had a great view. We were not there for the casino. The staff members were very nice and the meals we had at the Coyote Grill was really good - the salads are definitely worth the price. But, personally the best part was the pool area!

This place was nice once upon a time. Now you have more lookers than players. I had at least 3 individuals try to pan handle or sell things. But on the positive side gas prices are the best in town!

The place is nice. Had a great time. But not until my husband and I had to put a 250.00 deposit down on a room that we had reserved. They need to let people know when they're calling and reserving a run that they don't take prepaid cards or cash. That is unless you give them 250.00 deposit. Then you have no money to go to the casino so what the. ... That's if you're lucky enough to have that kind of money to start with.

We stayed here for 2 days in May, and must say it's the most beautiful hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful grounds, and an awesome pool area. The staff were really friendly and helpful in the hotel. Our problem came with the fact that we're Canadian, and they don't recognize our ID in the casino. ( They had no problem with it, when we showed it , to use our credit card to pay for the room.) We wanted to update our players' card info and were told not to bother, because we wouldn't accumulate any points, anyway. The hotel desk clerk told us that if we waited until 8:00 we could talk to the slots floor manager, and perhaps receive a discount on our hotel rate, based on our casino play - but we had to check out at 7:00, and besides , apparently we had no points , since our cards were no longer recognized. I sent an email to the hotel after we arrived home and received an acknowledgement which stated that the manager would be in touch - this was 3 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Also I should mention that the cashier doesn't accept Canadian currency to exchange.
We've been coming to this hotel for 3 years now, but this was the last .

We stayed here for an event that was close by. The only room available was a suite, we where a little hesitant, but decided to book it. We were quite pleased with the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we also ate at the restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. If I'm round this area again I'd stay here again.

Nice, new and mostly clean. Outside there seemed to be a bit of a bug problem but I didn't seem to notice anything inside. Parking however was a but of a pain but they have a large unpaved lot for overflow.
