Well done to the all the security guards there, they are more helpfull compared to the actual staff members, lifts ain't working as well .

Rooms are clean and well maintained. I would have given a 5 had it not been the smelly carpet on the corridor. The red machine on the corridor was noisy, sleeping was not easy

The hotel looks underwhelming from the outside and can easily be dismissed but step inside and you'd be amazed at how lovely it is. Please do order their steak; portions are generous and well cooked. The rest of their food is a bit dicey.

Beautiful hotel. Luxurious suites. Tasty food. Especially the breakfast spread. Just wish there was more to do here besides eating and watching TV on premises. (Oh and heads up, one glass of wine is the price of 3bottles)
