The staff was rude and very condescending, I didn't appreciate the pushing for an upsale, I wish I could remember the name of the children working there to let others know who to avoid. I shouldn't have to deal with pushy kids when trying to get a coffee. Definitely not going back, can you say Dunkin.

The lines are long, but they are surprisingly fast. Don't drink the stuff, so that's all I can tell you.

Average Starbucks, service is okay at best. I mainly stop by for the free senior coffee on Wednesdays.

It's a Starbucks what's else? Great for morning grab n go situation. Seasonal pumpkin flavor of chai, latte or tea is available for a limited time. Workers are so-so, but does enough to fulfill your order. I didn't have issues with payment using CC as transaction went by smoothly. I left with coffee in hand to downtown Fremont Street.
