Clean room but when you report that something is broken it takes 4 times before they come to see what's wrong. Problem not resolved. Not a happy customer.

Such a beautiful place, we've been made to feel so welcome by all the staff. They work tirelessly to make your stay as memorable and relaxed as humanly possible. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. The restaurants staff and bar staff just couldn't do enough for you and they will spend time chatting with you talking about there resort, country and giving advice how to stay safe and places of interest to visit. We did have the odd storm but it was interesting to see and didn't spoil our holiday in any way. Bring lots of sun cream its really hot..

It has a great beach and friendly staff. The indoor facilities seemed run down.
For the alacart restaurants you needed to make a reservation at 9 am on the same day that you wanted to have supper. They usually filled up within 15 minutes.

Oh my God, so lovely hotel and staff. very pleased with the stay , we stayed here for our wedding and Mildred the wedding coordinator and her staff went above and beyond our expectations. food was delicious and the environment also was very family freindly. I would really recommend this place for others to come and for sure will come back again.

This is the worst resort that I've ever been to. They rented a room that they didnt have. Then the manager miraculously found a room in an attic on the last floor. The room smelled musty and I found myself bitten by bed bugs. The next morning the other manager moved us to another room on the 1st floor which was better. The food is okay not the best. The soft drinks are either cheap soda or powdered orange juice that taste like metamucil. The servers are always in a bad mood and not happy at all. The show was terrible. I will never go back

First time ever in Dominican Rep and I can say that I made an excellent selection by coming to "Coral Costa Caribe"... It's a great place. The room were great. The service was excellent and the food out of this world... too many choices!
The bars were great as well... but the most important thing is that the beach was just amazing. Most of the time it was totally empty early morning.
Great for long walks and very safe.
If I have the opportunity to come back again... I'll definitely stay here at "Coral Costa Caribe".

This Resort did not meet my expectations. 1st my reservations were lost and I had to pay to sleep that night after discussing with them for over 3 hours. We had to change rooms because our room sounded like it was flooding every night. The food was not authentic for lack of a better word. The only shining gem at this resort is their staff, the personnel there treat you with respect and try their best to make you comfortable .

Some rooms are very poorly kept and rundown, like a 1 star motel, while others earn 3 starts. Overall staff are lovely and genuine. Food is better than expected. Pools are clean and new. Well kept grounds. The beach vendors were a bit of a nuisance and kept returning daily even after one made a purchase from them previously.

I'll call this hotel bittersweet, nice Beach, nice pool, decent food, friendly staff... Needs an urgent remodel, new furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, and pretty much everything else that a good hotel will give you... I'll just say it's okay for the price, but they could do better...
