Nevermind the negative reviews you may have seen below. They're old and irrelevant. Our experience was wonderful. I had the California Eggs Bénédicte which was very good, contained meaty bacon, poached eggs, a nice, gentle (i.e., not too salty) hollandaise sauce, and aragula lettuce on toasted rye and accompanied by fresh fruit. Delicious. My wife had the Chicken Caesar Salad which she enjoyed and was pleased by the generous portion of moist and tender chicken. The best treat was the Chips and Guacamole. Although a little pricey at $16 it was well worth the experience. Carlos came and prepared the dip from fresh ingredients at our table mixing the proportions to our specifications. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor seating view of the pool and the Eifel Tower and Planet Hollywood in the background. Best of all was the staff. Friendly, cute, innocent, sincere, attentive, prompt, etc. We're only passing through Vegas on business so we really wanted to be rewarded with a great experience. We were not disappointed.

The service was fantastic. Or server Jessica (I think) was very personable and attentive without being over bearing. The bottomless mimosa has a cart where you can choose your juices and ingredients. The breakfast potatoes are delicious and the monkey bread was amazing.
