I cannot comment on the coffee since I went there for Gelato. If you've been to Illy in Italy the products here are completely different. The gelato here lacks flavor and has a different texture. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a decent gellateria in Vegas.

Nice place, just not very clean at all. Lots of employees being the counter but no one in the lobby cleaning tables or floors

If you want decent coffee, try it out. If you want the honor of paying a fortune for it, while being treated rudely, this is your place! Add on the opportunity to tip the rude lady after ordering a$10 bagel sandwich, and you're in heaven!

Having lived in Italy for four years. Coffee needs more composition, so holds up to milk. Adding a larger volume of ground to the extraction process will produce a denser espresso to then add steamed should not be over steamed to make airy milk this should have a nice dense body.

It's a long confusing walk to get to your room! But this is, hands down, the nicest room I've stayed in!

I always stop on for a doppio when I'm nearby, usually for CES or similar shows down the hall.

Great coffee and food items prepared to order. Only disappointed in the bacon was overcooked on breakfast croissant. Also when getting items to go would like to be offered a bag.

The wait to pay is pretty long. But the food come out quickly. Could be a lot better with the espresso but it's not bad.

Only great thing about the his place is the coffee and food. The service stinks!
I was ordering and in the middle of my order, the slick-hair server offered his friend a blunt, and resumed with take my order. I'm no prude, however when serving a customer it's all attention on me.
Don't go here if you want great service. Get your food and bail.

I have ordered espresso and cappuccino over last 7 years and it has always been consistently good. In fact better than good.
On the level of Roma Italy. Bravo! There are very few places like this. By the the Gelato is fabulous as well.
