They don't care about customer satisfaction. Ordered a pie, extra sauce on the side. Go pick it up, he tells me he put extra sauce on the whole pie and tried to convince me I ordered it that way, until he read the receipt which clearly said on the side. He told me 30 minutes for a new pie or I could take that one. Refused to give me the next plain pie out of the oven. His fault and I need to wait? Told him I wasn't taking it and he simply didn't care. If you want a pizza place with good pizza and good customer service go one block over to Mangias. They were closed for vacation otherwise we would've went there to begin with!

I live in Lynbrook, but whenever I'm visiting my friend in Babylon, I insist that we stop at this pizza joint. Wide selection of unique slices.. I try something new everytime. Havent been disappointed yet! I've only been a handful of times, but I can tell this one's a keeper. Also, very comfortable seating. Great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. A bit pricey, but worth it.

I've been coming here since this place 1st opened years ago. The cook or manager (a Hispanic fella) refused to give me meat sauce with my order! I even said I'd take it on another plate or in a little cup & pay extra. How can you keep customers if you're unwilling to accommodate what they want to eat ? Sad the service is going down hill here & the 'customer's always right' is going out the window for lots of food venues. At least with this guy in charge. Save your time & patience & go to Pizzaiola up the road... At least they make what you want how you want it and have friendly service.
