They were fine at first. But then a white employee discontinued my services prematurely and enforced a different set of policies on me as a person of colour than on white clients, and PPT did nothing about it. They need more anti-racism training.

Everything was amazing. The staff who did my IUD was named Kirstin (or Kristin), and she was fantastic. I was really nervous and she did an amazing job at keeping me calm and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting an IUD to consider requesting Kirstin, if they allow requests here!

the nurse practitioners are so sweet and caring, as well as one of the staff, male, blonde hair; very considerate and knowledgeable. The only reason I give a 4star is because their phone line is really bad and it can be hard to get a hold of them.
