Great resort if you’re learning to ski or teaching kids to ski. My youngest son was on skis here from when he was 4 years old.

Great for families. Not a massive resort and runs mostly green/blue but easy going and friendly. Good spot to take kids to learn. The tobogganing hill isn’t bad either. Love that if you get there early you won’t park miles from the resort like you do in Perisher & Thredbo.

Great snow resort, great and friendly and helpful staff. Good snow conditions and facilities. Very less people comparing to other snow resorts, no queues at the lifts. Very affordable price and good value. Recommended!

snow staff are great good for young families and beginner groups. The so called cafe and bar facilities leave a lot to be desired. Pack your own lunches and thermos .

Advertised as a family friendly ski resort, when you arrive the queues for prepaid prebooked tickets do not move, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The only bright spot was that the instructor for the beginners snow boarding was patient and knowledgable. When lunchtime came around the cafe/bistro was not serving normal customers as a school tour group was there and had prebooked their lunch. Stood for 20 minutes while the staff served the tour group and the only response received was that they were getting smashed and that 4 staff had left. Cafe staff were extremely apathetic to customer queries. When I complained to the cashier his response was that it was not his problem. The management of this so called resort need to either start to provide the resources to do the job properly or get out of the hospitality industry. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

Perfect place for family with kids especially with no or low ski skills. If it snows then the road to resort can be covered with snow same as the road to perisher

Good snow fall and snow mzking facilities, however the staff at reception didn't make available to us the packages and pricing for lift hire and lessons so when we came back the next day for cheaper lift we had to pay full price again. The lift operators as a whole were usless and let 8 year olds go on their own without helping them put down the barrier. Very disappointing experience

Everything you need, no frills. Only criticism was that there could have been more than one high chair and a pram and wheelchair track (a welded grill style to let snow fall through) from the carpark to the main building via the hire shop. Otherwise quite adequate facility.

Excellent small ski field. Prices compared with Thredbo Perisher are outstanding. $45 for day ticket, $45 to rent skis boots and poles. All Head brand modern and new. Not a lot of black diamond runs but enough for a great day of skiing. This resort is ideal for families and newbies and for anyone who just wants to ski for value not surrounded by posers and snow bunnies so familiar at the big name resorts. Highly recommend!😃
