Terrible hotel! Do not go here! Everything is this place is either filthy, broken, or covered in rust. Service was terrible. The man checking us in was incredibly rude and would not help us find a room. The “safe place” for our bags while our room was being cleaned was actually a room that was completely unlocked! Both restaurants here are terrible, just greasy American food. The only redeeming factors are the two very nice pools, but are always overcrowded with screaming children.

The new rooms are beautiful...but the design needs some work. No outlets in Master bathroom...and uncomfortable for guest in 2nd bedroom. No space in shower for personal items. Balcony is nice but only accessible from the master bedroom. Wood stairs will b trashed from carrying suitcases up and down it.

Nice clean place to stay, still doing some renovations ask for a renovated room if possible. Very close to the beach with free cabanas but get there early. Great pizza place on premises.

The premium suite was outstanding. Close to the beach. The resort has casino, restaurant, two pools, swin up bar. The staff was courteous and informative. Very clean resort. The renovations are ongoing. Would definitely recommend the Tropicana Aruba Resort.

Not a place for vacation with activities etc.(not an all inclusive resort) but a good hotel for staying. Have to be careful in selecting the newly renovated rooms, which are nice. The staff are helpful and everyone did their job. The check-in and check-out times are different from the hotels in USA. The restaurant by the casino is very dull as is the casino, would not recommend going there. Uncle Tony's food is also good for a quick lunch or breakfast. You have to go through another hotel to get to the beach, about 2 min walk, not bad at all. Tropicana has its own beach huts and chairs, which is what we needed. The two pools at the hotel are also nice. Very close to the hotel is Super food plaza for all your grocery needs.

Are room was out dated in need of remodel as well as the towels but we booked as a hotel and it turned out to be condo with a kitchen and large frig close to the market. The property had two pools two hot tubs a water slide and great staff the price was fair just off the road real close the the beach more than expected from the budget traveler

Mexican pizza is fabulous. Great sandwiches as well. Husband loves the fish and chips.

I so wanted this place to be good....however, it was not good at all. The only reason for two stars was the cold liter beer they offer.... the crust of the pizza is an F, and I even like Dominoes....please don’t eat here. I can’t believe how bad it really was. How anyone gives it five stars is crazy!!!!

A wonderful resort. It is walking distance to the beach. The staff is friendly and the food choices are great.
