The bartender at Journeys East was rude and has no customer service skills. I think I went there around 3pm on Thursday afternoon, asked for a plastic bag, he said "I don't have it here Man" with nasty tone of voice. I went around, got it from one of lady guests. He was lazy!

One of me and my wife's favorite places to eat with many others, I don't give reviews unless it's that good cause I'm a very picky eater when I go out, we come here on occasion so it never gets old and always is supper fuqin delicious, I suggest this place never have had a bad time or crappy tasting food, I love the phad Tia chicken my wife loves the shrimp phad tia, I've had other food here but it's my go to and tonight I tried the V8 which is a roll with rice carrots avacado etc was sooo good with pica degio and fresh Wasabi, this place is very very good never a let down clean and the employees etc are very nice

Not what I was thinking. Thought because it was expensive that we would get some great Chinese...not the case at all. Fast service but disappointed with the food and prices. My daughters love Chinese and they both said they don't want to go back to this restaurant and for the first time they didn't even want to take home the left overs. We won't be going back

This Sunday night, we had a horrible experience with Journey East Restaurant. We didn't believe it that we have to wait for 2 hrs 30 min to get in. But when we got there, they gave away our table for 6 people to someone else (?). Instead they asked us to seat at a cramped booth seats for 4 people and put 2 extra chairs side by side arranged it into a table for 6. When we asked to find us a new seats - Without any help or any good treatment for giving away our table and waiting for that long, Ms. Bright (Manager) DIDN'T CARE to assist or offer us anything for their mistakes. Nothing we can do we sadly have to leave for a place that they treat their customers well!

Just disappointed today! This was second time we reserve at the front desk and been waiting for an hour. We ask the front desk told us we are cancel by sms... I hope you guys have a good communications. I know your food is good but you guys lock of service ☹️

Been here several times and never had a bad experience. They might get a bit busy but the staffs are always friendly. Maria was a great server. food came fast, fresh and flavorful.
