Me and my family received excellent customer service during our visit. Our waiters name was CHACE and he was very polite and prompt. We didn't have to ask for anything and the food was hot/delicious.

Chaunteria is the BEST!! She made our lunch an awesomely fun experience. Food was great too, but we will definitely be back for the awesome service.

I have an amazing time and experience every time I come here which is quite often . This is my favorite restaurant for a good surf and turf meal for a great price. I have never been disappointed with my food or service. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse to anyone !

Absolutely amazing customer service!!!!! I had a great experience there and I would definitely return. My waitress was pleasant and very helpful and the food was prompt and delicious. Keep up the good work, I was very pleased with the service I received.

Party of 3, each of us ordered 20oz steaks; medium rare, medium, and well done. The well came out medium, the medium came out medium rare, the medium rare was raw and required a re-fire. The service was the only saving grace.

The food and service here is always amazing. My family and I have been going here for years. If there's a wait time, it doesn't bother us since the food is superb!

A great place. I'm a fan of this chain and they are consistently good across all locations I've visited. I very rarely have any gripes. Tonight I was extremely pleased with the food quality and the service.
SERVICE
In my mind I'm a trainer of great servers, and this server tonight did it all exactly as I prescribe. I was never waiting for anything, the table was cleared as quickly as it could be, drink refills were on deck, all items came out at the right speed, and I didn't have to be asked for her to know what to do.
FOOD
Appetizer: Ribs [came out at right time; tender and fall-off the bone with nice bark; steak fries were well seasoned; nice to split for 3 people or 4 people with small mouths]
My order:
12 oz New York Strip (medium) [looked like it was ready for a photo shoot and temp was perfect; not too fatty]
Baked potato [butter overkill; just removed one scoop]
House salad [fresh, crisp, eggy]
My wife:
Grilled shrimp w/ seasoned rice [two kabobs; seasoned well; wife thought it was a little too salty]
Baked potato
Buttered corn [salty?]
