I'm a bit biased of this place. I don't gamble, but I love to eat there. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Manzanita is never a bad choice. Attentive and friendly wait staff too. A chicken fried steak is always amazing. The French dip is always packed with flavor, the Grapevine Burger is huge and satisfying for the biggest appetite, and their onion rings are the best in Middletown.

Super nice, fancy rooms and it's a plus because you're just steps away from the gaming room! Super clean and fun casino I won $150 off of $3 I played in a slot machine. They also offer complimentary all you can drink soda and coffee which is delicious! I'll definitely be coming back to this casino again to play and have fun!

Lunch in the Manzanita Rest was great and our waitress was wonderful. Attentive and anticipated our needs. Casino was just tight...not as much fun as previous visits. Give and take is good, take and take is hard to enjoy.

Twin Pine s Casino
One can have a great time there,if it only it lasted longer and cost less. Tight slots are available with the tables playing slow. Entertainment at the bar better than most.

Had a wonderful stay in a suite this past Friday. I also want to add that I stepped away from a table game for what I thought would only be a minute and did not return. They called my room to inform me that my chips had been turned into the cash cage for me to pick up. I was very grateful. Great looking out. Great staff.

A small casino in lake county that has its own kind of charm. Not a very busy place; I have never seen the craps table operate, for example. But it is a nice atmosphere that combines a traditional neon casino feel with a woodsy vibe. The bar can get quite lovely on the weekends. The restaurant is quite good, it is among the best in the county. Prices at the restaurant are reasonable. Rooms are very quaint. They offer a roomy bathroom and interesting architecture. Rooms are reasonably priced in comparison to the fancier hotels in the county. Overall, this is a nice little casino to stay at, but skip it if you are looking for craps or roulette.

Where else can you go to and be in the most beautiful place in Northern California and be at a five star hotel, with the outstanding cuisine of the restaurant and the best place for gaming-gambling, Well of course, TWIN PINE CASINO. the most elegant casino in Lake County. Where else can you go and go wine tasting to several great wineries, see the sites of Lake County and surrounding areas!!!!!!

Place was friendly and I had a good time. That's all I was looking for and didn't get dissapointed. Plus it was my birthday and they gave me some birthday money to spend at their slot machines!

I've done really well here. Don't know why - probably chance. They have a nice selection of machines for a smallish casino. I really enjoy the snack bar which has salads and sandwiches and pizza by the slice. The rooms are normal hotel rooms but nice and clean.

These rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are spacious and make the rooms much more premium. The TV is a little older and does not have HDMI if you are looking to connect an external device. The rooms have a microwave, mini-fridge, safe and coffee maker. The closet is nice and has plenty of room for large coats. The beds are comfy. The main restaurant is a little pricey and is the only real option for food inside the main casino. Parking is easy and convenient. Would stay again for sure!
