I've eaten here before and the food is fine. But, today was a horrible experience. We just checked out of the hotel, we had two suites for my birthday and on the way out of the hotel we decided to stop to eat. We had a birthday cake still in the box and didn't want to leave it in the car since it's so hot out. The manager said we couldn't bring the cake in, we didn't want to eat the cake there and told them they could hold it at the bar, or at the hostess stand if it was that big of a deal. Nope, wouldn't do either. Would rather make us throw the cake out or ruin it in the car. The manager tried to use some bull AZ health code, which I know for a fact is not true. We ended up leaving and will not be coming back. That is no way to treat people who just spent a lot of money at your hotel/casino, especially on someone's birthday.

Hoping at least at par with PF Chang's, I found their dishes are lacking freshness and proper cooking techniques so that you could really taste a good Asian cuisine. Pei Wei has way lot more better and tastier dishes.

The food quality is worse than a food court, fast food restaurant, at fine dining prices. The Asian, chicken and rice soup tasted just like Wylers chicken broth. It costs $9 for 6 frozen WonTons. The $15 entrée I had was so boring, I don't even remember what it was !

Ok, to begin, Great service! Appetizer, blackened ahi, was very good. Some criso wonton chips would make it excellent. Surf and Turf was also very good. The creme brulee, well, good crisp crust on top, the strawberries on top was different but the big issue was that it was ice cold. Nearly frozen in the center. Very disappointing finish. Never the less, thank you for the great service Kham.

I came with a work group and we had great service. They were very prompt and kept our glasses full. They love food here at louies and it shows becuase we all cleaned our plates
