Served me chili cheese fries for 7 dollars oh i made a fuss of what he served me. I asked for the manager he called security its stingy people like this that dont deserve our service!

The burgers are great, the fried pickles are really good too. They give you a generous helping of fries with the combo. Staff is always friendly.

Freaking horrible experience. I ordered the "thick and juicy". Was flat as a pancake and dryer than dead skin. Do not waste your time or money especially at a casino where you're possibly already angry from losing. I asked the lady if this was the thick and juicy and she ya I cooked it myself. Flat out lied to my face. Very despicable place.

This is an awesome place! The staff are really helpful and awesome! In spite of a huge line, they were very patient with me and their service was quick. I got the Veg burger with mushroom patte and the cheese cake with cherry topping, its awesome I'd definitely recommend it. I will visit this store every time I go to Winstar. Big shout-out for the staff!

Tonite over heard the manager Susie Going off on an Employee in Front of Everybody in line.Which was rude ! ! She Should of focused on the food which was not good at all !!

What can I say about this place? It reminds me of the Nathans hot dog places I eat at when in Vegas. Hot dogs customized with all sorts of toppings.
I decided on the Californian. A bacon wrapped hot dog, with hatch chili's and shredded cheddar, as well as a sauce on top. Overall it had good flavor, was filling, and came out decently quick. Cheese was shredded fresh and was of decent quality.
The cashier was friendly, answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and informed me of items not on the menu such as the option for a foot long which is what I ordered.
Prices were fair, selection was decent, options were endless with the assortment of toppings they offer.
The location was open late on week nights, so I will probably visit again for a late night snack next time I visit the WinStar.

Brutal service and wait times for average food at best.....of all the places in this massive building to choose from and I picked this...yikes. if you have an hour to wait for ice cream a patty melt and hot dog then by all means if you need a gambling break. Otherwise skip it entirely
