Used to be really good. I am a black card carrier and the Great Canadian management does not treat us well. No respect in order to get a chocolate you have to line up twice and beg for it like a food bank receiptant. You have get a chit from the player services and then line up again at the bar to request said chocolate bar. Makes you feel like your begging while you gamble well over the norm. Staff are obviously embarrassed by the while process. I am a regular customer and they used to treat us much better then this. We should have let Caesar's run the place at least they would treat us better. You can't blame the staff it's the new management Let's vote them out.

Went to the Queen's plate. Very exciting! Great day out! Cool that you can go down to see the horses in the paddock before the race. The horse betting system is really easy to use as well. They also have slots and off track betting of different tracks

I liked going here on a Friday evening just for a night out. The atmosphere is good & the Willows restaurant serves good food (I opted for a menu item rather than the buffet, since I was not too hungry). I like that there are more electronic roulette tables and less slots, but the floor seems a bit crowded and the machines are a bit close in spots. But the best part is that I came out of the Casino ahead!

Very nice place to spend a few hours. I am not a gamble but enjoyed the atmosphere of the casino. Try your luck on the multitudes of electronic gaming machines from slots to video blackjack. The meal at the restaurant overlooking the race track was magnificent and the staff was polite and wonderful. Definitely would visit again.

First of all... no smoking so A+. Lots of machines and they have Sic Bo and doubled up the number of roulette terminals. Not into slots, but the regulars seem to know which ones pay out the most. Cashiers are friendly, but you can do everything automatically now. Food is pretty good too. Free coffee although you should tip a buck for good luck. There is a parking shuttle. A bit of a walk to the front door.

They have all kinds of machines like, slot machines they have roulette, blackjack and many more slot machines and stuff like that! I was up on my money and then I was back down when I left, I left even! So I wasn't too upset, LOL! I had a lot of fun with my friend that night! They also have horse races that you can bet on!

The place is relatively clean. The washroom can use more work. Every toilet was filled with urine. The game area was very mesmerizing the first time you go in, bright like everywhere. The atmosphere as a whole was very fun and the people you met are very eccentric to say the least. Not a bad place to go if you feel like testing your luck

A neighborhood feel. Decent buffet for under $30. Slots area was "cleaned up" a few years ago (better energy). Security is very present (which has its benefits) but no longer on you like dogs when entering. Actual penny slots so your minimum bet is actually $0.30 in some cases. Not like Rama, which is good if you want a more high end experience.

Machines are very stingy on weekends. Additionally the vouchers that they give has a system to not win anything with them. All you can eat buffet is $30 per person now and hardly anything for vegetarians available. Pretty much no fun being there.
