Beautiful location and handicap accessible. Many things to do the beaches not far. Everybody is very wonderful and helpful. The condos are amazing a lot of room very comfortable. There are many things to do even if you are handicapped. This would be a wonderful day for individuals or families. There are tennis courts racquetball courts Pools and jacuzzis available. This is a gated community and you feel very safe at all times.

We were there for a wedding. The wedding was great! But for an entire weekend, a cleaning service come tidy the room, there was barely any hot water for us to use, and the room was hot.

We enjoyed the property but the reason for my 3 stars is the following. The reason we booked a stay here at Tops’l in the tennis village is to play tennis. Not to be told we can’t get a court because other tennis groups are here. It was also unacceptable that locals who lived in the area had courts before guests. If I drive 13 hours to stay a week and play tennis I don’t want to be told I can’t get a court or that I can only get a court for one hour at noon.

Enjoyed our stay and clay courts. Condo was nice, amenities good, convenient location Central to lots of stuff. I'd come back for sure.

Our townhouse was amazing. It was way more than we were expecting. The rooms were big and super clean! Very nicely decorated. Staff was extremely attentive. The whole place was like stepping into paradise. Even the gym was 5 star. I recommend this place 1,000 %!!!

This is a very secure facility. Gate guard and more for your security. One lodge is right on the beach and the other a ten minute walk. A shuttle is available also to transport you. Look at ictures of the intended room you want. They are privately owned and each is different. Each building has a pool and hot tub area that is very nice.

Staying at The Tides at Tops'l and started off a little rough. Room was supposed to be ready by 4pm at latest and we didn't get in until after 5:15pm. Not a huge deal but considering we had no where else to go... Other than that things are going nicely!

I’ve been coming to Tops’l for almost 30 years. It has consistently been one of my favorite places to stay up until recently. I guess the word has gotten out about affordability. We rented a condo at the Summit in June of 2018. On multiple occasions throughout our stay here, we stepped out on our balcony to smell marijuana during different time frames during the day and evening. After multiple calls to security, they did very little to remedy the situation and kept making excuses for why they couldn’t locate the source. They even went so far as to tell us there was no one staying above us although we clearly heard furniture moving in the unit above us. This is supposed to be a family area, and we couldn’t let our child out on the balcony due to this recurring issue. Very disappointing Wyndham that you couldn’t do more to fix this issue so our family could enjoy our vacation and the place we had paid to rent. Also there were multiple people smoking on the beach...Would recommend people with young children stay somewhere else that is better suited to families.

Very nice place, the service was great....Ms. Jackie provided us with exceptional work and the created such an excellent and calm atmosphere.
