This place has pretty decent prices on their fried catfish plate. You get a ton of food with a full order. The flavor leaves something to be desired, but once you drown it in tartar sauce, you will be in heaven.
I gave 4 stars because I feel like they are a bit pricey on a lot of their other items.

Lots of good old home food. Chicken fried steak is real meat...not oregabbed. Fried Catfish is plentiful. French fries are crinkle cut, my fave. Onion rings are probably frozen, but beer battered and good. Prices are low, service and friendliness are high. Worth the stop.

Carla's is busy at lunchtime. She offers great homestyle, southern cooking. I have stopped in every other month or so for the past 2 years and have tried the different grilled selections. It's definitely delicious! The staff is busy but attentive; they always come by and ask if you need anything.

Their Friday Catfish plate is the best I’ve ever eaten in years and I’m talking about their small plate, it’ll fill you up and have leftovers. I could only imagine the large one. On the lighter side, they have an awesome grilled chicken salad too......very good and full of flavor. They also have every day specials; give ‘em a try, you won’t regret it.
