The casino is rather small but has a nice mix of games. It's very clean and staff is very friendly. The 1920's history of French Lick and West Baden Springs and Spa is very colorful so is a good place to stay for several days. Chances of winning are about the same as other casinos in Southern Indiana.
I enjoy playing at the Terre Haute Casino and resort. They have a wide variety of both slots and table games. They also have a separate large smoking room with a variety of slots to choose from, including an electronic automated Roulette wheel with seating.
There is a separate High Roller room, with a variety of slots and table games, as well as a VIP lounge (by invitation only).
Their restrooms are always very clean.
They offer free self serve soft drinks and coffee on the gaming floor.
There are 4 eating establishments available to choose from.
Located in the center of the gaming floor, is a large circular bar offering gaming and comfortable seating.
Completely surrounding the entire center bar, overhead, are large big screen TVs that can be seen from any angle on the gaming floor.
Attached to the casino is a hotel and another bar/nigjtclub that offers live music frequently.
They offer promotions almost on a daily basis with the opportunity to win either free play, or occasionally a gift, for points earned during each promotion.
The only drawback I’m starting to notice, even with gaming a few separate days, for several weeks - hours each visit - I’m starting to notice what seems to be falling into the category of “bait and switch” and luring, by only awarding the bare minimum prize to be offered, not ever close to the amount advertised.
I’m quite disappointed in this mostly because it is a hour drive each way for me.
I will continue to visit this casino, just less frequently.
