After watching the commercials for this place and how it is supposed to have such great wins, I decided to give it a try. In $600, I MAYBE won $50. I have never done as bad at a casino as I did here, I highly doubt I'll be back. The girl that was entering my information for a players card wouldn't even take my correct mailing address so whatever they send will go to my old address in Washington. They definitely DO NOT reflect what is said in their commercials, billboards, and other advertisements. Very, very disappointed!!!

I have not stayed in the hotel but I do enjoy going to the casino. It is very neat and clean. The machines are ok but I didn't play any longer there on the same amount of money. I personally prefer the Vegas type machines that the Star has however I wish they weren't so tight.

Lost my phone, someone dishonest found it. They began factory resetting it as they were walking out. I informed security and they went out of their way to get it back. I am to blame for losing the phone but they did an awesome job of getting my phone back and stopping the people in the parking lot before they could get away. Not to mention the slots are much looser then the neighboring casinos in Kansas.
