This is a nice Casino. This place is like a gem in the woods. Nice clean Casino friendly people. Has a hotel a souvenir shop next door. We really enjoyed this casino first time being here would definitely come back. You can smoke in the casino there is a non-smoking section 2 gambling you can have drinks while you gamble which all is great for me. If you're in the area try to stop by have a good time. Keep up the great work Lady Luck you received the 4 thumbs-up from me and my fiance
Sometimes a winner sometimes a loser but never disappointed...
restaurant is adequate... staff is very professional and courteous.... atmosphere is very nice can't really get lost because it's not that big but that's what makes it more comfortable.... always enjoyable... I think they should bring back live music.
They stopped the valet but you can still drop someone off undercover park your car and the driver can walk back but I know people who used to go all the time that don't go anymore just because of the lack of valet.... especially when the weather is bad....
Just got back from Lady Luck and had a wonderful experience! This morning, after reading many of the reviews, I was not sure what to expect. However, as I expressed to my family during our delicious meal at Otis and Henry’s, these 1 and 2 star reviews are completely baseless! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. We were welcomed by the front desk attendant (who gave us clear directions and even suggested some local places to visit during our stay at Nemacolin), given quick and courteous service by the security officer, and made our way to the floor. The odor of smoke is hardly noticeable and all of the slots we played were fun! Even though I am a totally novice gambler, I found it very easy to figure out the games. I have played the big casinos in Vegas and while Lady Luck is obviously not the same size/selection of games, it was just as much fun. Also, Otis and Henry’s was reasonably priced, tasty, and the service was friendly!
This is my second visit to Lady Luck and and sadly my second visit is worse than my first (which in itself was terrible.) I'm nearly 31 years old and was detained because my drivers license was expired. I have several forms of ID present and my birthday was clearly visible on my drivers license despite it being expired. The security manager told me if you are under 30 your license cannot be expired. IM OVER 30. I'm here on a bus trip with my GRANDMOTHER from her nursing home and am now being held in the lobby until the bus leaves. This is absolutely ridiculous. Beyond all this, the casino is dated (even though it's not even that old) and the service is poor. I'll never go here again nor will anyone I tell this story too. But if you're here today, come visit me in the lobby because ILL BE HERE ALL DAY.
Might I add, I was the ONLY one carded for age even though there are women younger than me in this group. Pretty sure it's due to my tattoos and purple hair.
Didn’t make it past the entry. $10 just to get in...plus tables are closed part of the night. I’m this kind of area I wouldn’t be charging people to enter (even if you do get it back in a gift card) and tables should be open all the time. Place looks clean and nice, but at 4 am there’s 3 cars in the parking lot. Seems to be on its last leg...and no it’s not a state requirement like the reply says. You are not a Vegas casino. You are in PA. Cater more towards getting people in there. Not charging bs entrance fees, have table open all night, and more entertainment to get people in
