We spent a small 2 day getaway here. We had a larger suite. The room was gorgeous and very clean. We had a hot tub bath and a roman shower. The service here was exceptional throughout the property. From check in to checkout we experianced the best of service . Although the gaming floor is a little smaller then some other casinos

Very disappointing...wife and I came expecting a 1 stop shop (room, food, night life, and shopping) ....place is under construction so there is only a few places to eat. When booking it would have been nice to be informed that. We was scheduled to stay 5 days...check out after 1st night and drove to Miami. I'm giving it 1 star because the pool area was nice but for $400/ night I expected more then a view of a roof. Casino don't have real tables such as craps.

I enjoyed my time spent here, Council Oak restaurant has a wonderful staff which is very accommodating and good food. The casino is fun and exciting (even got lucky) but the cigarette smoke smell is gross. Front desk staff is delightful and patient. The rooms are comfortable and neat. Finally, I love the gift shop! Awaiting my next visit to Seminole Hard Rock. A wonderful experience.

I used to love this place but with all the construction going on there’s not much to do anymore. Maybe it will get better once the new GUITAR hotel and casino is complete.
Hotel review:
The hotel is very clean. Room rates are a bit overpriced. I had a great view of the pool. Beds are comfy and my room had a jacuzzi bathtub. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Casino review:
Unfortunately they are not paying out as they used to. They do have a wide variety of slots and table games though plus entertainment. Once the new hotel and casino are done they should start paying out again. Can’t wait to stay there. Heard part of the hotel is under water. Sounds like a lot of fun.

As soon you arrive, you are greeted and asked if you need any help. There's a lot of restaurant options and small cafe to choose from. The casino area is clean and tidy. Many art pieces to take pictures of. Signs for events are clearly posted and people are helpful to point you to the right direction.

This review would probably be higher if the construction on the new outdoor attraction was completed in 2019 so I’ll probably do a new one then. I went 7/2018 it was my first time back in about 6 years so I was looking forward to the stores and other things that were once there and made it enjoyable way back then. The only thing to do now is eat at the small food court, where some of the places were very overpriced for very underwhelming dishes they served. If your going purely to gamble then you’ll be happy. Of course all the machines are the new digital machines which take the fun out of feeling like you’re gambling for me but thats a personal preference I guess. The machines are definitely impressive and there’s a huge variety of machine options and they are all new, so gamblers you’d be at your version of Disney. I’m not much of a gambler but I liked the old version of this location because it made it fun to get drinks and stroll around and lightly gamble and people watch and check out the stores and actually sit in a restaurant to eat before going back to your room if you stayed at the hotel or going home if you just visited for a night out. Now if you’re not eating or gambling non-stop there’s really nothing to do I went home after less than an hour after eating a very bland slice of over priced cake. I’m looking forward to the end of construction because their planned revamped exterior looks like a vast improvement. See you in 2019 Seminole...

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, but I thought the price was very high for a standard hotel room. A new, guitar-shaped hotel was under construction when I was there, and it looks like it will be very cool. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant offerings were mediocre. I don't like to eat at chains because I like to try new and different things, however, we ended up eating at the Hard Rock Cafe because the other restaurants in the casino were so uninteresting. The slots were extraordinarily tight. No fun to play when every spin is a loss or only a small "rebate." None of the slots let me play for a while. I was very disappointed in most aspects of this establishment. Only the employees were a plus.

I took my mother-in-law out for her birthday. We went to see KC and the Sunshine Band play. She had a great time and I was really happy the people were very cordial to us when they were taking our tickets they gave us Direction on how to get in and seated us the drinks were a little expensive for the size but still happy that there was some form of beverages I was not happy with the fact that there was no food to eat just bags of potato chips. So afterwards we stopped off at the Hard Rock Cafe where we had burgers and drinks. The burgers were delicious and my drink was very good too she had the legendary Burger and it was rare and she liked it it was exactly what she requested. I had another Burger pepper on it. It was delicious. I had sangria and it was delicious and she had a lager beer which she complimented. We were so full we didn't have dessert. But we did have a great time the only thing I did not like was the walk from our parking I felt that they should have a shuttle to carry people from the parking to the hotel. The reason we have to walk so far as because of the construction. We were exhausted before we even got there.

Decent Casino, table games, pretty decent Poker Room, however I do not like smoking and there is much more smoking places available than I would have liked inside a casino. There are a few non-smoking tables and areas, but not many. Overall, a decent atmosphere for gambling
