It’s hard to give 5 stars which it is worthy of however as soon as my spouse got his red tier card the free comps flooded in, a week later when I was at red tier level I of course got my VIP pass and over a month later have yet to receive any ‘red tier’ comps in saying that OakGrove is fantastic with low level freeplay comps and giving every tier level two free hotel nights, the other area it really is severely lacking in is the employees especially the hosts, the few that do on occasion speak to barely mutter a good luck and its sad because when we go to Metropolis as soon as the eye in the sky sees the cash we get a great host that at least checks in on us, on the other hand if you wanna play some slots and be totally ignored its a great place to go. The janitorial staff on the casino are amazing the hotel side lacks especially in the elevator area. They have a long way to go but they are doing alright for a somewhat new casino. Last serious issue is there is no app or online log in to keep up with my player account and that is unacceptable.

It's a big gaming hall, friendly staff lots of games to choose from, lots of promotions and give aways. Tight on weekly free play! I ate in the steak house about a year ago and the food was ok service was seriously leaking just about eat all my steak before the waitress finally brought my loaded steak fries. No drink refill offers, maybe they have improved.?
