Craig is a veteran of the casino and cruise industry and co-founder of URComped. When not in the URComped office or on a cruise, Craig enjoys barbecuing and spending time with his three young sons and lovely wife, Suellen (whom he met when they both worked at a casino in Lake Tahoe). Cale
Founder

Cale is the tech Co-founder of URComped, and has a background building large scale databases and integrations for the aviation industry. Cale was introduced to Craig and began a project in the fun and exciting casino travel space. When Cale isn’t huddled in a dark corner of the office programming, he can be found brewing beer, keeping bees, or traveling the US with his lovely wife, Jennifer, and their two dogs Tucker and Fred.

Tyler
Executive Host

He is very cool. 👍 😎 Tyler is URComped's Sales Team Manager. He started in early 2018 and is full of jokes and always positive. He enjoys interacting and building relationships with all of his players. When he isn’t crushing it at work, he enjoys spending time with his Wife and two amazing children. He is also an avid video gamer and sports enthusiast! (GO BLUE / WRECK EM)

Lexi
Executive Host

Lexi has been with URComped since 2018 and hasn't looked back. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, creating art, reading good books, going to the movies, cooking delicious meals, going on brewery and winery tours, & playing with her rescue dog Ollie. Her favorite ports (so far) are Aruba and Curacao.

Jessica joined the URComped team in August 2018 and has cherished every moment as an Executive Host. She now proudly wears two hats, serving as both an Executive Host and Sales Team Lead! Jessica pays great attention to detail and goes the extra mile for each and every player to book the very best offer there is. Outside of work, you'll find Jessica serving with her church, staying active with her local run club, attending wine tastings, and learning the latest dance moves!

Quintele has been with URComped since February 2020. A huge lover of music of all genres and cultures. Coming to work and getting to assist guests with trips daily truly brightens my day! When not booking trips I enjoy exploring new places across the globe whether by plane, train, car or foot.

Hi I'm Meiko and I LOVE URComped and booking trips for you! I am an Army vet (followed in Dad's footsteps:) and a former flight attendant. When I'm not booking trips I'm either watching my 18 yr old commercial pilot son take off and land or running food to my busy law school daughter or she would starve. lol I love trying to convince my hubby to watch reality shows with me (that is usually a no:) We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bird who loves to ride on my shoulder in the car. Can't wait to meet you!!

Executive Host

Steve has been with URComped since August of '23. He lived in Oregon for years -- Go Ducks! -- but grew up in Irving, TX, not far from URComped HQ. He moved around a lot during his many years in the radio industry, and while living in a RV for a short time when his wife was a travel nurse. Being a DFW native, Steve is a big Rangers, Stars, and Cowboys fan, and even has a side gig as a tour guide at AT&T Stadium. He also officiates high school football and baseball, which he's done since 2008. P

Before joining our team, she worked as a dinosaur handler, managed a comedy club, & performed in countless theatrical productions in the DFW area! When the work day is done, you can find her curled up with a book, hanging out with her loved ones, painting, or rehearsing for her next play. Her top three dream vacations are Italy, Japan, & Ireland!
