Aruba’s Premier Gaming Experience
We are pleased to introduce Wind Creek Casino, the premier gaming destination in Aruba. With two casinos at the resort to choose from (both will count towards your play), you are sure to have a top-notch gaming experience. Open 24-hours, Wind Creek Crystal, located within Ren Marina/ Mall, offers the best variety and latest slot machines with an elegant yet laid-back atmosphere. They offer Blackjack, Roulette, 3-Card Poker, Baccarat and Caribbean Stud Poker. A six-minute walk away lies Wind Creek Seaport (open 10 am-4am), the only waterfront casino on the island. Newly renovated in 2019 Wind Creek Seaport features new and exciting slot machines, traditional table games, and a state-of-the-art Race & Sportsbook with screens showcasing most major sport events. Please note the casinos are non-smoking and drinks are complimentary in the casino as long as there is a minimum of $5 on the game. An automated drink ordering system is programmed into the machines, so once you hit or exceed the $5 mark the menu will pop up for drink options.

All casino reservations at the all-inclusive Renaissance Aruba are booked at a discounted casino rate and comps are based on play during the trip.
There will be a $150 deposit upon booking and will be refunded with free play at the casino.

- Trip request is then submitted to casino for final approval.
Fine Print
Rated play from previous trips with this casino, any of the casino’s affiliated brands, or from previous URComped trip(s) will initially be used to determine if a player qualifies for this offer.
If there is no tracked play history with the casino or URComped to consider, qualification for this offer will be evaluated based on one or more of the following:

Frequently asked questions about Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino
Comping
General
Any room/ resort credit or F&B will be received on the backend and comped at checkout. As you play, and reach qualifying checkpoints, the casino will issue credit to your room, so you’ll be able to see where you are at with your comp status throughout your stay.
The airport transportation will be arranged for you and your guest. Once the flight is booked- send your host the Flight Number and Date- ETA. This can also be comped at checkout depending on play.
COVID testing to return home ($50 pp) will be scheduled and arranged on the property and can be comped at checkout depending on play.
Upon check-in there will be an incidental deposit of $50 per day.
OpenBooking Trips
General
The All-Inclusive add-on is optional for guests staying at the Renaissance Aruba. This add-on would also be at a discounted rate for casino guests.
The current rate is $128.13 per night per person. There must be a minimum of 3 nights stay to add on the All-Inclusive option and it is required that each person in a single room purchase the add-on.
(Additional A-I rates = $82 for ages 13-17; $50.74 for ages 6-12; Under 5 free)
These rates mentioned include all fees and service charges. It is at the guest’s discretion to add any additional tips for specific servers.
If you come across a rate online that appears to be priced lower than the established casino rate mentioned above, please feel free to reach out and so the property can check on this. The casino would always opt for the cheaper non-specialized rate.

· The price will change from $128.13 to $143.50 per person per day if added at the property
· All-Inclusive must cover a minimum of 3 nights – so it would need to be added with at least 3 nights still remaining on the reservation and It cannot be back-dated, meaning if you add it during the middle of your stay, you would not be permitted to off-set the charges incurred before adding it.

Casino
General
Renaissance Aruba does not deduct any taxes regardless of the win amount.
- If a guest is looking to file win/losses for taxes then the casino staff can print that out. There is also an app guest can download and their play information would display on that as well.
- If a guest wins over the international customs threshold ($10k), the property would print out a statement (winning statement) for the guest on property so they can declare it at the airport. This form is required to carry that much cash.
