If you are booked in a suite, Virgin Voyages will stock the minibar for you with a complimentary round of bottles of alcohol provided.

Virgin manages casino perks in a standard manner, assessing them based on your play. Onboard charges can be covered when your gaming activity justifies it, and the casino host is available to provide information on your eligibility. Additionally, they provide complimentary voyages during your cruise. As part of our program, you'll also receive regular emails, including quarterly and monthly updates, offering various tactical incentives. Feel free to inquire with Virgin's casino hosts about the benefits you qualify for.

Virgin's onboard certificates are specifically designed for booking sea terrace cabins, or balconies because they make up 80% of their ships. If you accumulate 8,000 points, you will qualify for a sea terrace offer. However, even if you fall short of earning 8000 points, they have alternative offers in different cabin categories that may be available to you.

The app is actually utilized to make all of your bookings for the restaurants onboard as well as room service. If you shake your phone, while the app is opened, champagne magically shows up where you're at. There are going to be even more fun innovations like that on there as well. You'll get alerted of fun events happening and it allows more interactions with the sailer onboard. There are no phones in the cabin. Anything that can be done onboard is used through the app.

Virgin Voyages does not have a dress code. "Come as you are," but if you are wanting to wear something different, they will have plenty of retail outlets for you to browse through. There is also a tattoo parlor on board!

Yes, and Virgin Voyages calls their excursion options "shore things" and they're offered to book through the App or by calling direct.

Certainly, Virgin has exciting plans for the launch of its casino loyalty program in 2024. The program aims to offer a range of benefits tailored to the preferences of our casino sailors. This includes incentives such as sailor loot, free play offers, and annual cabin-type selections, among other amenities. While the details are being finalized, they look forward to unveiling the epic loyalty program in the near future!

If you choose to sail alone, you'll only be responsible for the taxes and fees for yourself. It's worth noting that Virgin attracts many solo travelers, so you're likely to find great company and won't be alone during your journey.
