I like the Beach Club casino, and had planned to stay at Island view on our last trip. When I tried to check in around 4 -5 pm the day of my reservation I was told to take a beeper and they would ring me when room was clean. I had traveled from Florida on a 8 hr drive was tired and was ready to take a rest, so we went back to the Golden Nugget where I have a Chairman status and they had a suite ready for us in a few minutes. I know the Beach Casino is a new opening for you but the check in hotel service was disappointing. I give the Island View a 3 1/2 star because I like to play there but the hotel experience was disappointing. I'
