Review for Harrah's Gulf Coast Review For Flavors Buffet Google User Jan 25 '16 at 18:11 They tried to charge me extra for a gulf view room, but on the phone reservation two weeks prior to our arrival this upcharge was never mentioned. I had to wait 4 hours for them to review the phone call before I was allowed to check into the room. I didn't even get a apogoly. Bell service and Valet were courteous. Casino staff were friendly. Front desk experience was aweful, straight F. Slow, slow, slow, incompetent, rude, slow. Will I return, probably not. Hard rock down the street looked much much nicer.
