We were very disappointed in this casino. The positives...the bartender was good and it was well ventilated. The negatives though were many...the wait staff were nearly nonexistent so if you wanted a drink you had to get up and go to the bar, the slots are SUPER TIGHT and were 98% digital and penny slots (we prefer reels and $1-5 machines with 1-5 credits bet), the casino host we never met only heard announcements occasionally about hot seat though never really heard anyone win anything from that, few card tables and they seemed to always be 1-2 of them closed, we never saw anyone hit any significant wins (highest win we saw was $450).
As for rest of ship; it’s small and not crowded. That was nice for the pool area. They ran off anyone in solarium though that wanted to sit at pool edge with feet in the water if you had a drink including water which was odd. The room was clean and steward was great. The dining was just ok. They sat us in the center of the room and the wait staff constantly bumped our chairs walking by which was irritating. Twice they dumped food down our backs when walking by. Once on my friend and once on me. They did pay to have our shirts dry cleaned. We finally asked to sit elsewhere for the last 2 nights and they acted as if we were seriously asking for the world. They finally accommodated us and sat us at a different table. The food was good overall in the dining area. The buffet was not so much. I felt like they did not change up the food selections each day and they always had one side closed and roped off.
Spa was fantastic. I had a seaweed wrap and massage and it was great. The lady that did my service was attentive, great masseuse and really did a wonderful job. A+ for the spa.
Overall we would not go on this cruise again. Probably the most disappointing cruise we have taken before.
