Review for Aquarius Casino Resort Review For Aquarius Casino Resort Google User Jul 25 '16 at 5:36 The Aquarius is a typical Laughlin-style hotel and casino, less expensive vacation than Las Vegas, midgrade rooms for rather high prices compared to equivalent rooms in Vegas, and a no-frills complex. The pool is small and was extremely crowded during my stay in July. There is only an Outback Steakhouse, McDonald's, and Subway along with the choices from Aquarius's offerings. I did eat at the Saturday buffet with the crab leg and prime rib special, which was not bad considering it was $25 for a Saturday night dinner. I rate Aquarius three stars though, for these particularly annoying reasons: 1) The front desk staff, gaming floor staff, and employees at the McDonald's were rather unfriendly to me when I asked questions regarding simple matters (and ordering food). 2) Our room had two lights not working and a small, standard definition TV. 3) The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom shower had an uneven paint finish almost peeling above the floor. 4) Lastly, and perhaps most important, the free WiFi did not work more than 30 seconds at 1mbps maximum, unless paid. Overall, I would choose a different hotel if you're planning a stay in Laughlin. View full site to comment or like
