It’s almost time to say goodbye to the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Shopping and eating venues at the 20-year-old hotel — to be reinvented as two new hotels — will close Oct. 3. The resort will be transformed into the Park MGM and the NoMad Las Vegas. The renovation carries a price tag of $450 million.
