For the first time since it was awarded a gaming license a decade ago, The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County has a new owner. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board members Wednesday unanimously approved the transfer of the casino’s slot machine license to Las Vegas-based Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. and the venue’s real estate assets to Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc.
