The Radisson hotel — long isolated from the rest of downtown but at the crossroads of two major highways — is now at the center of a plan being floated to connect the city with a proposed casino in East Hartford. The tribal operators of Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are seeking to jointly run a casino in the Hartford area but have yet to pick a location.
