Hotel is located on Beach Road, close to 7Eleven, Staff are friendly and hoapitable, Rooms are cozy and comfy, the chicken wings at the Hard Rock Cafe is to die for... it has some cool Guns N" Roses and other rock stars memorabilia... we got upgraded to a beach/city view room free of charge ... unfortunately the pool was under renovation, however that's normal considering being there during the off seasons. The hotel offers free water bottle everyday and Umbrellas. You can also borrow one of 20 models of Fender guitars for a deposit of 10k Bhat. Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Rocks!!!!
