The Grand Sierra has been renovated in the last few years and looks really nice now. Also the ventilation inside is really good and the smoke smell is hardly noticeable unless you are right next to a smoker on the casino floor. A lot of really nice people work there who are very helpful. They did replace some of the grass with fake grass that my dog does not like as much, however. The location is pretty close to the airport and there is a lot of parking available except during events like Hot August Nights. The room where the gun show convention is held is impressively large. I like that GSR has a bowling alley and a golf thing over the artificial lake.
